Pricing

Our prices will vary depending on the size, detail and time requirements for each project. Please contact us and provide a detailed description of the services required, so we can give you an exact estimate.

Hourly Rates - $50/hr

Terms

1. New clients will be required to pay 50% of the total balance of the project in advance, before work can commence, as well as be required to sign a provided design agreement specifying the terms and scope of the project. Then, upon completion of the final design, the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs.

2. We do not provide free additional composite layouts beyond what is specified in the design agreement. If the client requests additional layouts to choose from, we will be more than happy to provide as many as the client requests, but the client will still be charged at our standard hourly design rate.

3. We accept checks, money orders, and credit card payments made via PayPal, however, there will be a processing fee added to all payments made via PayPal.

4. Client must provide all content, or we can refer them to some quality content providers. All provided content must be fully licensed by the Client.

5. Under no circumstances will Reticent Productions be liable for any damages resulting from the client's use of the design services, or any content utilized in the design which was purchased from a third party. After the contract is finished, we have delivered the design and the client has made their final payment, we then have no legal connection. The client is responsible for their own actions.

6. Reticent Productions reserves the right to use any products made by us in our portfolio unless a prior confidentiality agreement is in place with the client.
